Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, XpressBees, Ekart, and more.
Orders are typically processed in 1–2 days and delivered within 5–7 business days.
Yes — free shipping is available on all orders above ₹500.
We’ll send tracking details via email and SMS. You can also check your order status on our Tracking Page.

Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
No extra charge — but COD orders require phone/WhatsApp verification before shipping.
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely via Paytm, and we don’t store your card or UPI details.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. A valid unboxing video is required for all return and refund claims.
The customer pays a flat fee of ₹100 for return pickup and shipping.
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method (or to your bank for COD).
Exchanges & Cancellations
Yes, but only for wrong or damaged items, and an unboxing video is mandatory.
