Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in its original packaging
- Be supported by a mandatory unboxing video as proof of issue
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without an unboxing video
- Items not in original packaging
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Any item returned without proper verification (video proof)
- Items marked “non-returnable” in product description (if any)
To complete your return, we require your Order ID and unboxing video.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, cards, etc.)
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account
- Refund processing time is typically 8–15 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank/UPI account
- Contact your bank or payment provider (some delays are normal)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless defective or wrong.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are wrong or damaged, and only with valid unboxing video proof.

We will provide the return shipping instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift-giver first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, contact us first for the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping.
A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, ₹150 will be deducted from the amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
